A guided path toward a life supported by your creative work.
If you've found your way here, my guess is that your creative work matters deeply to you. Maybe you've wondered if it's possible to build a life where your creativity isn't something you squeeze into the evenings or weekends. Maybe you've dreamed about sharing your work with the world, but self-doubt, uncertainty, or the realities of making a living have kept you standing still.
If that sounds familiar...
You're in the right place.
Maybe you've been creating for years but have never believed your work could truly support your life.
Maybe you're tired of waiting until you're "good enough."
Maybe you're ready to stop building someone else's dream and begin creating your own.
Maybe you're looking for more than business advice.
You're looking for a different way of thinking about your creative life.
If you're nodding...
I made this for you.
Making the Shift is an eight-week guided experience for creatives who are ready to create lives supported by the work they love.
Together we'll explore the mindset, resilience, practical tools, and courageous choices that allow creative work to become not just something you make—but a meaningful way of living.
This isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more fully yourself.
Before
You wonder whether your work has value.
You question yourself.
You feel overwhelmed by selling.
You compare yourself.
You struggle to imagine how creativity could actually support your life.
After
You understand the value of your work.
You trust yourself more deeply.
You know how to share your work.
You see possibilities where you once saw obstacles.
You begin creating a life that feels like your own.
Over eight weeks, we'll move through eight shifts.
Each one builds on the last—not because you'll have everything figured out by the end, but because you'll begin to see yourself, your work, and what's possible in a new way.
Together, we'll explore the mindset, practical tools, and courageous choices that allow creative work to become more than something you make.
We'll explore how it can become part of the life you're creating.
What if another way of living is possible?
We'll begin by uncovering the beliefs, fears, and stories that keep us feeling stuck, while opening ourselves to new possibilities for our creative lives.
My work has value because I have something meaningful to contribute.
We'll explore self-worth, pricing, receiving money, and learning to recognize the value of your work before asking anyone else to.
Success doesn't have to look like someone else's version.
Together we'll create a business foundation that reflects your values, supports your goals, and allows your creativity to flourish.
Marketing isn't about convincing people. It's about connection.
You'll learn how to tell your story, find your people, and share your work in a way that feels authentic and aligned.
Your work deserves a place to be discovered.
From websites and email to online shops and social media, we'll build welcoming spaces where people can naturally connect with your work.
Selling is simply extending an invitation.
Whether you're selling online, at markets, through wholesale, or in person, you'll learn how to build genuine relationships that support both your business and your community.
Courage keeps us moving when confidence fades.
We'll talk honestly about rejection, slow seasons, comparison, and fear—and how to continue showing up even when things don't go as planned.
This isn't the end of the journey. It's the beginning of a new chapter.
We'll reflect on everything you've learned, celebrate how far you've come, and create a vision for continuing to build a life supported by your creativity.
Over eight weeks, we'll combine practical business tools with honest conversations, thoughtful reflection, and a supportive community of fellow creatives.
My hope is that you leave each week not only with new knowledge, but with greater clarity, courage, and confidence in the life you're creating.
Together, here's what our time will look like.
Each week you'll receive a new lesson designed to guide you through one of the eight shifts. You'll move through the material at your own pace, revisiting the lessons whenever you need them.
Each lesson includes reflection prompts and exercises designed to help you apply what you're learning to your own creative life. This isn't about collecting information—it's about creating meaningful change.
Once a week, we'll gather live to explore questions, work through challenges, and celebrate what's unfolding.
These aren't lectures. They're conversations.
A place to ask questions, receive support, and discover new possibilities alongside a small community of creatives walking a similar path.
Because this is a small-group experience, we'll choose our weekly meeting time together. After registration closes, I'll send everyone an availability calendar so we can find a day and time that works for the group.
The goal isn't to simply learn something new each week. It's to have a place to bring what you're actually experiencing, put the ideas into practice, and discover what becomes possible when you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Creative work can feel lonely.
You won't be walking this path alone.
Throughout the course you'll be surrounded by people who understand both the excitement and the vulnerability of building a life around their creativity.
You'll have continued access to the course materials, so you can return whenever you need a reminder, a fresh perspective, or support during a new season of your creative journey.
For nearly fifteen years, I worked as an early childhood educator. I loved the children I worked with and the opportunity to make a difference in their lives. But over time, something stopped feeling right.
On paper, I had everything I thought I was supposed to want—a stable career, benefits, and a clear path forward. Yet I could feel the cost it was having on my health, my creativity, and my sense of purpose.
I couldn't ignore the quiet pull toward creativity any longer.
What began as making jewelry became something much bigger. It wasn't just about learning a craft—it was about discovering another way of living. As I slowly built a business around my work, taught workshops, and shared what I was creating, I realized that creativity wasn't something I needed to squeeze into the margins of my life. It could become part of the life I was creating.
Life has also brought chapters I never would have chosen for myself. One of those chapters meant rebuilding our family's life in Mexico after circumstances changed everything we thought our future would look like.
That experience taught me something I return to again and again.
We don't always get to choose what happens to us. But we do get to choose how we meet it.
We can look for possibility.
We can reclaim agency.
We can continue creating a life that feels like our own.
Looking back now, I realize the greatest transformation in my life wasn't becoming a jeweler or starting a business.
It was becoming someone who believed I could create a life that reflected who I truly was.
Jewelry happened to be my path. Your path may look completely different. But I believe the greatest gift we can give ourselves is discovering our unique offering to the world—and having the courage to share it.
That's why I created Making the Shift.
Not to teach you how to build a business exactly like mine, but to help you discover what your path might look like and to support you as you begin walking it.
If you're ready to begin creating a life that feels like yours, I'd be honored to walk this part of the path with you.
